Keeping off-roading fun in a family friendly way

Rigs & Kids was formed to have kid-centric off-roading and camping experiences. A way for singles and families with kids to come together and enjoy both off-roading and camping in a safe, relaxing, and enriching environment to create lasting memories for children and families. We were established one year ago and have grown to over 450 members! Throughout the year we hold “official” Rigs and Kids events. We have held a few, and what a terrific experience it was for everyone! More importantly, we encourage like-minded families to meet and enjoy the experiences year-round. Rigs and Kids is truly a group intent on making lasting and beautiful memories for kids to remember forever.

When we moved here in 2019 we were so excited to get outdoors with our daughter. But after months of going out alone, we knew we wanted to be a part of a group that had the same values we did and could extend our passion for the outdoors without damaging the family friendly environment

I think Rigs and Kids is great way to get kids into the outdoors and into the activities that we enjoy as a family as well as finding like minded families that our kids can interact with.

Rigs and Kids has been an amazing community to raise our son in, especially since it involves what we love doing. Its a great piece of mind knowing that the people that we depend on so much for have our backs. I can’t wait for all the great friends and perspectives our son is going to have, like how important and fragile our national forests are. And I hope that we and other members are able to make great friendships from this as well.
